To All Trail Users:
The Lee Ranger District is planning to conduct 2 prescribed burns this
spring.
It is possible that Indian Grave Ridge, a 325 acre burn, may be conducted
as early as 4/1/2010.
The other burn will be on Second Mountain located on the southern end of
Massanutten Mountain. This burn will be 1,000 acres and will probably
last for several days.
If you plan to use any trails in this areas, please call the Lee Ranger
District office at (540)984-4101 before you travel to make sure we are not
conducting a burn or if you have any questions.
At this time none of the trails in the prescribed burn area are closed.
