Laurel Hill FH Trail Connector

is there a way to ride from FH to Laurel Hill on a trail or do you have to ride on the road? I rode both last week and the two are a short drive apart but seems like kind of a crappy ride for a mountain bike minus a trail connecting the two? anyone know of anything?
