Loch Raven ok?

I have occasion to be killing several hours in the Loch Raven area tomorrow and am thinking about taking my bike and riding.

I've read all the threads on this board about the city wanting to curtail biking on the reservoir land. It's unclear to me at this point whether we can still ride there or if things are on hold. I *think* it's ok, but someone more familiar with this situation, please advise speak up.

I have no desire to go up there and cause problems through my own ignorance.

If riding is still allowed, can anybody advise whether the trails are dry enough?

(I'm perfectly fine hauling my 'burbs bike up there and riding else where, if need be.)
