Wakefield/Accotink Parks Niteride Start at 6:45pm. Join the MORE gang on the weekly jaunt through Wakefield and Accotink Parks. Ride starts at 6:45 and will break into two groups depending on who shows up. Many of the riders retire to Kilroy\'s Sport\'s bar at the conclusion of the ride for the Best Chicken Wings in DC and some frosty cold beverages.

Beginners / Skills Building Ride at Wakefield
The third in the series of Beginners / Skills Building rides will be held at Wakefield Park this Saturday.
We\'ll be continuing to work on skills we started with in the weeks past. We\'ll also be talking about group riding and trail manners.
We will start out with a short, basic loop to orient people with the park, trails and basic skills. Then we will continue on other loops with a bit more climbing, challenge and distance for people who want more of a ride.

GW Fall Ride
In the spirit of Larry Camp's Fall Classics, Brian Junkins will lead a long moderate pace ride through the Elizibeth Furnace section of the GW. This is not the standard loop but a special long edition. Larry recently became a father and cannot lead a ride right now so Brian has agreed to lead it for him. Expect 4-5 hours of steady riding with few breaks.

Join Todd and his merry crew as they put the finishing touches on the latest trail network to be added to the MORE Trail inventory including building new trail. Please work gloves, boots and plenty of water. Clif Bars will be provided. Attendance enters you into the drawing for a MOAB T-Shirt.

Location: Meet at 9:30am. Directions: Take I-95/I-495 north over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge to Exit 11 East Pennsylvania Ave towards Upper Marlboro. Follow RT. 4 for Approx. 3 miles to the Woodyard Road Exit. Go right on Woodyard Road and take an immediate left at the light on Osborne Road. Follow Osborne Road approx. 3 miles to the light at RT. 301 S. Crain Hwy. and take a right turn at the 7-11. The park is immediately on your left 50-100 yds. on Rt. 301. Look on the right for the brown \'Rosaryville State Park\' sign on your right and take the road into the park past the park residence. Follow the road 100 yds. and turn right. Go up the hill to the first parking lot on the right.

Lots of logs to practice your skills, and just enough climbing to get your heart rate up. This is not a beginner ride, but we'll keep the pace casual with plenty of stops.
