Seneca Epic - Xmas edition

OK, I'd like to do a Seneca Epic sometime around Xmas day, but would like first to poll interested people about what date they'd prefer between Thursday the 24th and Saturday the 26th. Either day would be fine with me.

Notes:

- Scud's Cat Furnace ride is the 27th.
- It would be the long version: around 64 miles in 9 different parks

Should be fun. Since we're not likely to get much melt between now and then, it might be pretty challenging too.

Considering the conditions, this will occur from the 24th - 26th as a stage race. :D ( Denis's recent rides in the snow have averaged 1.3 miles per hour. )

Considering the weather uncertainties, I'd like to keep it going for at least a couple more days, but I can't find an Edit feature for the poll.

Any mod to point me in the right direction?

BTW, so far it's 8 to 2 in favor of the 26th.

At this point, this ride looks unlikely either day, but certainly isn't gonna happen on the 24th.

I'll wait another couple of days to call off (or not) the 26th but it ain't looking good :(

OK, no way we can go 60 miles tomorrow in those conditions so the ride is canceled.

I'll try to offer it again some time in early January (feel free to give me dates preferences now).

Also, I was able to do a decent ride at Black Hills today so if the weather doesn't worsen substantially (a big if) I'll see if it's possible to do another one tomorrow.
