You too can be punk rock. Well, not that punk rock because this fixed gear has a brake.
I built up my wife's Lemond Buenos Aries frame into a sweet lil' ol' fixie. Don't worry about her, she's got a nice "new" paramount frame that fits her quite well compared to the long and low Lemond. She's much, much happier!
Very lightly ridden Black and yellow 56cm 853 steel frame, NOS Ultegra 600 cranks, brake & levers, Salsa stem, king headset, carbon fork, 44/15 gearing, Surly tuggnut, 600 front hub, nice old school mavic rims, DT spokes and I forget the brand of the rear hub - "S" something or other.
Tats, messenger bag, piercings, and tough, cool guy 'tude not included.

How much you want for that Knuckles? Post it to the MASS mailing list (http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/MidAtlanticSS/) and you can probably dump it right quick.

What kind of tyre clearance does it have and how much are you asking? 853 is my favourite.
Thanks.

Thanks.Does 853 make you faster? :D
Lulu will kill you. Unless you give up the x-check to Paul, then maybe you have a chance of surviving

Well, I don't know how much - make an offer!
I need to free up fundage to get one of These!! (http://www.chariotcarriers.com/html_english/cougar1.htm) and this is the bike I ride the least.
Joe - Thanks for the headsup on the MASS list. I hate to be all spammy and I'm feeling guilty and remorseful for even posting it here!
Tire clearance? Probably 30c's max.
Geometry? It's 55 ST x 56.5 TT.
I'm willing to part it out - frame, fork, seatpost, stem & headset - $250?
853 does make you faster. It's been scientoligically proven over several decades of research.

Not faster than you.
"Lulu will kill you. Unless you give up the x-check to Paul, then maybe you have a chance of surviving"
I was thinking along those lines, possibly. Although I am fond of the cross-check, its front end is just a bit too low (it is a 52cm). I have not resorted to Rickys suggestion of the stem extender.

Umm, I have been thinking about it, the surly is only going when something 56cm or more turns up.....
The lemond sure does look pretty though, but from the first post I thought it might be the 57cm. It seems it really is the 55cm and it is 2cm longer than my cross check, but it is not going to work out any higher at the front.
And 2big2 ride, sorry, but if the Surly did ever go, I think three people were in the queue before you.
