Shock help!

Hey all,

Does anyone know of a good place that will repair shocks for cheap? My coil shock literally fell apart on me today, and now I need to have it repaired. I still have all the parts, just can't get it back together.

A local shop with a good mechanic should be able to do the job. I've had the guys at the bike lane in Burke, VA. do seals on an old Z2. Those coil shocks are pretty simple.

Otherwise, the manufacturer can surely do it....you could tell them that you were "just riding along" when the shock blew up!

I would take it to greg at the bicycle place in silver spring. Mainly a roadie shop but he is a good mechanic.
