I know a few people will be attending, but is anyone actually racing?
The silly thought crossed my mind, that I might actually want to try it.
I also wanna try to get my 5 year to try it. Apparently, a 2 1/2 year old raced last year!!!

I've went the last two years. It's fun. I got 3rd in the sport class last year. However right now the weather forcast is high of 44 with 70% chance of rain. So isn't looking good. Last two years is was sunny and 60's.

Greetings from Michigan.
Anybody have any decent pictures showing the Hereford course from top to bottom? we're working on putting in a similar course here. We hope to start building this spring, we're working on approvals now. From racing it a few times in the past, I can kind of remember how it goes in my head, but a picture would help a bunch.
Thanks,
Dave

if they have any, might want to check racersedgeonline.com. btw- where in michigan are you located? Have done some riding in the detroit area, rode a little skills park there last weekend.

I checked racersedge, all they had were tight shots of riders. No good pictures of the entire course. I'll keep looking.
I live about 30 miles north of Detroit in a town called Rochester. The Stony Creek "Skills Park" is about 10 minutes from my house. Is that where you rode? I say skills park in quotes, because my 2 year old is "skilled" enough to ride 90% of it. It's not all that challenging. We hope to improve it in the near future.
There's a fairly large pump track, a jump line with some small tables and wooden structures. I think approval has been given to build a larger set of tables. That's where we are working on putting the dual track. Gotta get the plan approved by the park first. Hopefully we'll dig in the spring. The park also has some very nice xc trails.

Yeah Stoney Creek! The little dirt jump line was entertaining for a good 20 minutes, pumptrack definitely needs some major work. I guess they took out the large tetter totters. Let me know if there is any other good stuff up there, i've ridden Pontiac, that wast pretty well made. Usually go once a year to visit fam.
