Fountainhead - Anyone riding today?

I will be traveling down from Baltimore this afternoon for a business meeting in Manassas and thought I would ride Fountainhead after. I have never ridden here and wanted to see if anyone will be riding after 4pm who wants to show me around. If a ride isn’t possible, where is the best trail map and spot to begin from? Thanks!

The trail is fairly well marked at intersections and there is a large kiosk trail map at the site.

It is a one way trail except for a couple of fairly short sections of two way. Wish I could join ya. Today is going to be a good day for it.

Good info, thanks! One more thing... can someone give me an address I can put in my GPS that will take me to the trail head. I can't seem to find an address.
