I pulled the crankset from my frame last night (Hollowtech II external BB) and notice that there was a lot of moisture in the BB shell. However, there was no moisture inside the BB itself (cups/bearings, etc) and all the grease was still good intact. Last time I pulled it was back in early May when I installed new Enduro bearings.
Since the grease was still good and the water was only in the shell, do I have anything to worry about? Aluminum frame, not steel.

Naaah. Just reuse the bottom bracket until it starts to bind or make crunchy sounds.

It happens. You should be fine. I've found water and even mud in my steel bikes before. I tear 'um down once a year and reapply Framesaver which, of course, is not required with an aluminium bike. It's still a good idea to periodically tear down aluminum bikes and reapply grease where needed and replace worn cartridge bearings.

Yeah. I don't do that often enough and when I have a failure many times parts are seized up after a few years of use without disassembly.
