If you're looking for GPS tracks, search Motionbased and Garmin Connect. You should find tons, both hiking and biking.

The Nat. Geo map is good, I have that one. But, I kinda think the PATC map (http://www.patc.us/store/PA230.htm) is a little better. They mark springs and have useful info the other map just doesn't list.
