Where can I find a reasonably detailed map of the EF trails?

National Geographic Trails Illustrated map #792 Massanutten and Great North Mtn. $9.95 at stores like EMS, REI, Hudson, etc.

If you're looking for GPS tracks, search Motionbased and Garmin Connect. You should find tons, both hiking and biking.
