I dislocated my patella in May, and I'm just now feeling ready to try some easy dirt rides. I've never been to LH, but it doesn't seem technical or steep - two things I probably shouldn't tackle just yet. Are my impressions correct? TIA.

The bulk of the trails in the open area meet your criteria. Slaughterhouse and Power Station feature some limited technical sections, and have steeper grades. Plus the CCT is right there as well.
