A state Wilderness bill threatening popular singletrack at three state parks is back in the California legislature, despite last year’s veto from Governor Schwarzenegger. The bill has been re-introduced under the title State Lands Wilderness (A.B. 1513), authored by Assemblywomen Noreen Evens (D-Santa Rosa).
