The spring picnic is quickly approaching, Sunday June 7th, and we need your help. We need people willing to lead rides, help out with the setup and/or breakdown, grill masters and food prep.

You don't have to commit to the entire day, just an hour or two would really make a difference. I promise the work is easy and you'll probably have some fun as well. If you know the trails well and want to share your favorite ride, please volunteer as a ride leader. Casual, moderate or hammer-head, it doesn't matter. We had a wide variety of rides last year and I'd like to offer the same this year.

If you want to help or have any questions, please contact Todd (that's me) at wrench177@gmail.com or post your questions here.

Thanks

I'll lead a moderate pace- long ride.

Victoria (my SO) says she'll volunteer as MORE picnic photographer.

Excellent, I have received several emails from individuals and we are moving along nicely. 3 ride leaders (so far), one grill master and a photographer.

We still need MORE help. If your handy with a knife and have Benihana (http://www.benihana.com/) aspirations, I could use someone to slice up the burger fixings. Another grill master (or three) is always a good thing, it took two of us last year and we never got a break. If you have OCD and want to put those skills to work, site setup is very important. I think we went through several variations last year before we knew were to put the potato salad. :D MORE ride leaders! The picnic just wouldn't be the same without a ton of rides.

As always, thanks for your help and consideration.

Todd
