Considering all the recent rain, the trails were in good shape. The recent trailwork looks good too; thanks to all who did the work. All the trails were nice, and the race loop was in very good shape. The waterbars have been cleaned out but were dry. A few log crossings have been cut out too. There are good lines on the two major hill climbs. The final downhill past the campground to the lake has its usual seeps, but is dryer than usual. Hopefully the rains this week won't be too bad.
