Fountainhead Regional Park closes at dusk.
No entry to the Mountain Bike Trail is allowed for 30 minutes prior to park closure.
Except for the monthly MORE sponsored Fountainhead group night ride, riding on the MTB trail after dark is prohibited.
Please, do not attempt to ride the MTB trail after dark. Doing so seriously jeopardizes our opportunity for the authorized monthly night ride.
Recently, a small group of riders (2) were intercepted by one of the Fountainhead Rangers as they were attempting to begin an unauthorized night ride. They expressed to the Ranger their belief that night riding was authorized. That is NOT correct. You may NOT park outside the park after dark and ride in to the MTB trail.
Let there be no doubt, except for the monthly MORE group night ride, night riding at Fountainhead is NOT AUTHORIZED.
