When: Sunday March 15th, 2009 ... 9:00am till whenever.
Where: Greenbrier State Park, Meyersville MD. Between Frederick and Hagerstown.
Pace: moderate for the first lap, whatever I am able to muster for the remaining laps, may not be much as my fitness is not what it should be.
Terrain. 1 lap = about 6 miles. 2 long climbs, 2 rock gardens, 1 downhill 1 uphill. 1 wicked fast and tricky decent on wet rocks. A little bit of everything. except no man made technical features.
