Anyone checked out accotink lately?

I was hoping to ride a trail or two over at Accotink this weekend. especially the trail coming off of the train bridge, does anyone know the conditions out there? How about around the lake itself? I've been cooped up at home for far too long and need to get a ride in.

If everything is too terrible I'll just ride around the neighborhoods...

It'll take a couple of days to dry up. Definitely not today or Saturday. Sunday maybe, but most likely with spots that will need to be walked.

Really? That's not good. I thought it was suppose to be rain free for a while. Are you checking weather.com? Haha...they routinely let me down.

I work as waste water chemist and we have a doppler service that tells us the forecast (I also did check weather.com hahahaha).

ALSO: Got a report from my brother who ran the lake and looked at some of the trails. He said there was still snow and slush on all the trails including the lake itself. Even with these warm days its probably still going to be a disaster.

I live right in the area. It's a no go this weekend. Still snow and slush. Hopefully it will be gone by Sunday, but I can't imagine it being dry enough to ride.

Not a chance. Trails will as messy as it is possible to be. Plan on riding pavement this weekend.
