Friday morning 2/6 Patapsco ride

Looking to ride about 2 - 2.5 hrs, moderate to fast pace, minimal breaks. Start 7:30, finish up between 9:30 and 10 before it starts to thaw. Starting at either park and ride or landing. Anyone?
