Specialized Allez Aluminum Road Bike 56cm
Shimano 105 Drivetrain (front/rear)
New tires
I bought this for training 2 years ago and put around 500 miles on it. I have a knee issue now so I'm not doing any training so I'm selling it. The previous owner had very little miles also. The drivetrain was just tuned by Damascus bikes so its ready to roll.
Great bike for training or as an alternative when the weather won't allow you to hit the trails.
Asking $700 (does not include pedals - negotiable; does not include computer).
Located in Germantown, MD.

I assume you meant 56cm not 56 inches.
Is this a double or triple chainring? Also, how tall are you? I'm 5'11" and wondering what size road bike would fit best.

EDIT: I just saw your pix and now realize it's a triple.

Yeah, cm. Not really thinking today. I'm 5'10". Really depends on leg length to some degree but I would expect that it would be for someone between 5'9" and 6'.
And yes, its a triple.

No bites? People not looking for a road bike or is the economy really making its mark? FWIW the stats on the bike:

FWIW, I bought my 2004 Allez with all Ultegra group and better wheels (Mavic Equipe) for $600 used.

You might need to bring the price down a bit.

Fair enough. Sounds like you got a steal relative to what I saw out there. If someone is looking an the price scared you, make me an offer.
BTW, Punga, I found it funny that you showed up on an old friends FB page. Connie P. :)
Thanks!

Funny. Yeah, Connie and I graduated from Old Mill together in '90 (turns out we were in the same middle school too, but I went to Severna Park High in 9th grade). I had lost touch until Facebook. It's crazy finding all those folks you thought you'd never hear from again.
