Who should I have build my bike?

I don't have the tools or expertise, and I have a bike to build -what mostly amounts to a frame swap. Who should I take it to? I generally have my work done at Princeton Sports in Columbia, but they can get pricey if I end up needing extra parts. Anyone in particular I should go to?
