I have $15 left in my xmas self-gifting fund. Any suggestions for things that would make my biking life better on such a small budget?

If you like coffee book style magazines:

http://embrocationmagazine.com/buy.html

Issue 2.5

Or perhaps a subscription to Dirt Rag? A tube of chamois cream? A cycling DVD?

Lottery tickets? You might hit the motherload, and then you could buy yourself a $7k single speed with on of those fancy pants $500 handlebar set ups. Hell, for that money, you could have it encrusted in diamonds and really show that Ricky guy up!

Then, you could get one of those solid gold IF keychains for keeping track of your u-lock key, and you could buy all of us one of those bling Campy wine openers. Just sayin'...
