Busted Shock

Need a rear shock (any brand - Fox , Marzocchi, etc.) to take advantage of a manufacturer's frame replacement program. The manufacturer doesn't care that the shock works - only that there is a shock in the box with the broken frame that I am returning. If you have a busted shock laying around complaining that it never gets to go anywhere, I'll provide it with free, one-way transportation to California.

Something local to McLean, VA would be good.

I have a POS coil over shock that came off some walmart dumpster bike. You're welcome to it.

I have a functional but semi-old FOX van coil shock that I could sell ya fo cheap! I was thinking about doing sorta the same thing when I bought it off ebay, since Cane Creek offers a slight discount if you do the shock exchange.
