fork, brakes, shifter

I am building an xc bike and need the following parts:

- a cross country fork with 4 to 5 inches of travel. I'm looking mostly at fox and rockshox forks.

-hydraulic disc brakes

-shimano compatible shifters- 9 speed only please

I have an R7 platinum, 100mm with 9" of steerer I'm thinking of getting rid of. I changed the oil and seals (enduro) shortly before retireing it. Was hopeing for $250.

Also, if you are just looking to get up and running cheap I have a set of hayes brakes. The line on one is not connected to the lever, so it will need... an olive or whatever they use, and a fill/bleed. Admittadly not woth much, I'd throw them in with the fork.
