View Full Version : Wanted Time Atac Left Pedal
November 21st, 2008, 08:04 PM
All right all you packrats, it's time to check your junk pile, spare parts bins, car trunks, etc etc.
I'd like to buy/borrow a Left Side Time Atac compatible pedal. XE/XS so much the better but really I could use any of them, till I can squirrel away a bit extra cash and go for a new set of the XS Carbons.
My XS standards have taken a beating and last night one half of the left side just finished falling apart.
Cheers

Rob -
I have a left Time ATAC Alium you can have. Right one is dead, so it's no use to me. Used and abused but still functional. Uses the same cleat, the body just looks different.

And I suggest switching to the ATAC Roc model when you replace yours. Same body as the XS/XE but with the old spring mechanism that last much longer than the newer design

Thanks for the tip. I did find a set of Atac Xs in Kahki for $80. Any advantage on the TIME stuff in carbon vs standard body???
Your gonna be at Watershed tommorow right?

I'll be at the Shed work day and try to remember to bring the pedal.
I think they call the XE/XS/ROC the composite model. They are fine, the carbons are 1.5 nano grams lighter and cost $100 more (pure guess on price and weight, I'm too lazy to look it up)
