FYI - the CPSC issued a voluntary recall (http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09045.html) on the batteries for DiNotte 5W Li-Ion bicycle lights and DiNotte 3 LED made before 5/2007. You can call DiNotte (http://www.dinottelighting.com/RecallPage.htm)for a replacement.
