Meet: Wakefield Recycle Bins NLT 1245
Start: 1300 limited mercy start time.
Ride: Just plan on be-bopping a loop through Accotink
Pace: Casualish
Finish: Goal is to complete by 1500/3pm, that is when my leash expires .

Will this be more casual that your winter series rides from 2 years ago? I seem to remember those rides almost killing me :)

Easier then that. Some of the folks who ride this haven't ridden in a while. Comparatively- way easier.

LOL. I'm surprised you even asked.

The last couple of days I've been battling a head cold. It's clearing up so I'd say I'm 80%.

My wife gives me that everytime I tell her I am gonna go ride my bike.
I think one ride a month would be her allowable limit. Too bad 4 her.
Are you married to a Filapina too?

The last couple of days I've been battling a head cold. It's clearing up so I'd say I'm 80%.

Drink a ton of water before the ride, deploy w/ a full Camel Back, drink it all during the ride and then take a nap and you'll be all skippy after the fact.

Sorry I missed you guys - couldn't get my act together to leave the house 'til about 1:00. Had myself a very nice Acco-Wake-o-Bowl loop in the crunchy leaves.

Sorry I missed this one. I felt worse on Sunday and ended up with that night. Just recovering today.

...a 0900 ride this Sunday - or even earlier ride where I sneak out to Shaffer...granted, that means I can't drink a bottle of vino on Saturday...sucks!

I think going to surge one more winter- I have 2 x Bathroom Remodelings, Electrical and some simply house painting standing between me and being a weekend MTB Warrior for good...so going to focus on that these chilly weekends.

I'll ping you !:! if I can wiggle out a ride.
