These wheels were pulled off a brand new bike after being test ridden less than a handful of times. They are about as close to new as you can get. The X3.1 Disc Rim has been relabled (but remains unchanged) for 2005 as the XM819. Note: this wheelset can be run with or without tubes!
Here are the specs:
Mavic XM819 Disc Rim
Black 32-hole 26"
• Cross-country and cross-mountain use - super versatile rim
• UST Tubeless tire compatible
• ETRTO compatible
• No rim tape needed
• SUP weld process
• Maxtal alloy
• FORE single-wall piercing adds strength and saves weight
• Disc brake use only
This is the go-to Mavic disc rim. Light enough to throw around, but tough enough for that 5" exploration mobile or 6" travel trail bike, the 819 strikes a mean, deep profile and lets you use regular tires or UST tubeless tires.
465 grams
These are laced to black XT Disc hubs and come with a pair of Hutchinson Python UST Tubeless tires in excellent condition. Shimano XT skewers are included.
This wheelset is great looking and is a steal at $220.
