Roommate Wanted - Elkridge, MD (Near Patapsco/Avalon)
My roommate recently moved out, so I now have a spare bedroom to rent out in my condo. I gotta pay for more bikes and parts somehow. Newer building in a very convenient and quiet neighborhood (Bayberry Court, zip 21075). The room is small (10' x 10'), but you get your own bathroom, 2+ closets, and I am not home that often. Would like $600/month, which would include all utilities.

The neighborhood is very bike friendly, and is easy to connect to nearby areas in all directions by bike or even car. Here are examples of places within biking distance:
~1 mile away:
Patapsco/Avalon singletrack. Imagine no need to pack/unpack the car before and after every ride.
Lots of stores/retail including Grocery, Liquor, Pharmacy, Chinese, Pizza, etc
2-3 miles:
Patapsco Grist Mill Paved trail
Avalon Cycles Bike Shop
Historic Ellicott City is a lovely 8+ mile ride along the Patapsco river, while the restaurants and retail centers in Columbia are as nearby as 5 miles. Downtown Baltimore is only 12 miles away.
