Yep, a Memorial Day ROAD ride…sort of…
Join some friends and owner(s) (at least one of us will be there) of the shop for an informal social ride in and around Fairfax City on Monday, May 26th. This will be a slow paced social ride where all types of bikes are ok.
· The route consists of two loops along many of the trails on the City of Fairfax Trails Map. The trails are both “off-road” (consisting primarily of gravel) but are mostly on-road (paved). The trail map can be found here: http://www.fairfaxtrailsday.com/docs...map-200706.pdf
· The outer loop is about 12 miles long, the inner loop 10 miles.
· The off-road trails are generally improved, the on-road trails are usually, but not always, residential. A bit of sidewalk riding may be required. The loops have lots of hills but they are not long or steep; the largest hill may be on Pickett Road, south of Rt. 50.

· Starting time 9:00 am, on Monday, May 26, Memorial Day.
