Has anyone checked out Fountainhead since the storms? Any damage estimates or thoughts on when the trail will be ridable?

Erica! FH was closed yesterday, so I'm guess parts of it are unridable. When are you guys heading out to the Shed? There's a shuttle session this Sunday. :)

Thanks Phil! I'll just keep trying the FH number to learn when the trails are open again. As for the Shed, I saw the shuttle for this weekend, but we can't make it this Sunday. We are itching to get back out there, so you will be seeing us soon :)

I'd guess that Fountainhead will remain closed at least into next week, especially if it rains on Thursday/Friday like its supposed to. The ground is saturated.

FH doesn't seem like it would drain well. Considering some parts would probably be underwater right about now. Monsoon season blows the proverbial chunks.

Called Fountainhead yesterday and today and the message says 'open depending on trail conditions', so we drove over there yesterday and it was closed. There were a few people riding anyway, but we did not. Does anyone know how to get a definite answer on trail status before driving there? I am afraid it will be closed again today, but can't get a 'closed' or 'open' answer from the recording.

Nope, it was open today...riders were going in an out of the trail all morning, even during the small period of light rain.
