Schaeffer is open

According to the park's trail line, Schaeffer is open for the season. Anyone know what conditions are like?

Conditions were good and dry this past Wednesday.

A couple of trees down here and there, but quite good in all.

Conditions should be good for the Weekend. We only got very little rain here yesterday.

its been beautiful this weekend. Made it down that way today to go to earthtreks climbing gym. Hopefully can find some time to Hit schaeffer tomorrow.

Schaeffer was great today - lots of blow downs. Sorry I can't make it for the trail work tomorrow, hope it goes well.

Is it too wet to run Schaeffer today? I know to stay away after heavy rain, but I wasn't sure if the drizzle that has been non-stop for two days is enough to qualify.

Make sure you know how to get there... ppl have been know to find the Soccerplex but not Schaeffer Farm. You have to drive past the Soccerplex.
