While not apparent at first glance, there have been a lot of changes to the MORE website. The one we are most excited about however, is the new member database. The new system allows us to integrate the MORE Forum with our membership subscriptions, automating membership reminders and new user signups.
You will also be able to see when you membership expires, how much you paid and keep your contact information up to date. This is very important to the organization as we continue to grow (nearly 500 members now!) and take responsibility for more trails. Hopefully you've recieved a recent email from me detailing the steps to update your profile. Please take the time to update you information.
Below are the steps should you need them again:
1. point your browser to: http://www.more-mtb.org/members/member.php
2. enter your eMail address in the box under "Lost Password" and click the "Get Password" button
3. Check your eMail for a message from "webmaster at more-mtb.org" with the subject "Your Lost Password"
4. The message will give you your user name and password and a link back to the MORE membership page. Follow the link and log into your account. If for any reason the user name the system returns does not match your existing forum user name please contact Martin directly at webmaster at more-mtb.org with your existing forum user name and eMail address so that I can manually update it.
5. Once in your account screen click the "Change Password/Edit Profile" to view your membership information. Once on this screen you can update and modify your profile as you see fit including changing your password to something you can remember. In addition, you can renew and update your MORE membership directly from this page.
