what kind of rebound rate would say a Fox float rear shock with no rebound control have in relation to a fox float with rebound control.... would the one without rebound control have the rate of the other one with the rebound all the way out or all the way in or half way?

that's a tough question. i've owned motorcycles with and without damping, rebound and preload adjustments. overall they're pretty mushy.

just guessing i would say it really wouldn't matter. it's not apples to apples comparison. because with a non adjustable one, you're not getting a setting that's right for you. just some middle of the road crap setting.
