Seneca Creek State Park

I know Seneca currently is playing host to a drive-through Xmas light display. Does anyone know if that means the trails are closed?

The trails are not affected by the holiday lights, but I imagine the trails are closed today and tomorrow due to the rain. There is also one section of the Greenway trail that is closed for construction between Great Seneca Highway and Riffle Ford Road.
