I'd like to manually upgrade my HiFi Pro to some pieces of the HiFi Carbon.
Right now, I'd like to go from a Race Lite post and bars to Race X Lite or Race
XXX lite.
Any ideas on a cheap place to pick them up, via Internet?

I am pretty sure they are controlled in much the same way Specialized is. Namely, no Internet sales.

Yeah, Bontrager is owned by Trek so you have to get it from a shop.

I bought a Tempurpedic mattress off eBay cheap even though that company tightly controls pricing.
Anything can be bought off of eBay. But Internet shops who have a brick and mortar and carry Trek or Specialized aren't going to ship it to you without risking losing their ability to carry those brands in the future.
These particular brands believe it better for people to go to local shops to purchase their products.

I've seen Bontrager carbon posts on Blueskycycling.com before at like 40% off. Trek/Gary Fisher bikes are not supposed to be sold online, but I have seen Bonti parts for sale. You can also wait until the online Trek store releases a coupon code.

BlueSky takes prior year bikes and parts them out. That's why you can find good deals there.

By the time you get your MORE discount at TBL and do NOT pay for shipping the price is about as good as anything I have seen online. In addition, a few times a year they have a 20% off coupon. Sometimes the coupon is also in packets from races they help with.
Any reason you want Bont only? You're more likely to find an "Internet deal" on other brands 1 year off (2007/2006). Also, did you already do the wheel set? If not, I would do that first because it will provide "crisper" handling in addition to the weight savings.
