If you're interested, I know many of you ride south and west of here, LR was in great conditions today. The trail was the best it been since January, when it was frozen :D.
I rode several miles at Merrymans (not the whole loop) on Tuesday and rode Seminary today (after it rained last night) and both were in prime condition. There was some rutting in sections, but nothing too bad. There was some standing water on No Dikes and near Tucks Cove (on Merrymans) but otherwise both trails were dry and fast.
There were a lot of people on the trails; I must have seen 10-12 people in the two hours I was there. Spring is getting closer!
