Will it stand up to trails around here? And is it worth the extra coin for the Poploc?

I know next to nothing about this fork, but since no one else seems to either........you can read some reviews here:

It's heavy but works great. The poploc is something that you may or may not use. You have to decide if you want a poploc or not. I don't use mine regularly.

Another question. Is the Tora worth the extra money over the Dart 3? The Tora is pushing my budget, so I just want to ensure it is money well spent.
