Hmmm, how do I put this.
Overall ths place is rideable.
The typical muddy spots are now back to there former glory and are muddy.
The clearcut on the blue is a complete slopfest.
But like I said, 99% of the trails and good.
Take it easy on the mud holes that you do find please.

02/04/08 >> Thanks Tommy. Nice to get a report that there is somewhere you can ride. I was thinking the same thing the other day...stay off the part of the blue that you mentioned, stay off the green and use the dirt roads to hook up the other trails. (*Note, It sure would be nice if something could be done with that clear-cut area to make it stand up better to the elements.)

Well first, surprisingly, the green was in good shape.
Second, I'm not sure how to treat that clearcut area on the blue.
Its hard to get a ride in on the blue without using that area.
Theres a good chance that I'm wrong but I'm not too worried about doing any damage to it. It was never a "real" trail. From what I understand, after the original cutting was done it was simply the quickest path to join the the blue trail back togather. I know there are plans in the future to re-route it and actually add a little bit more trail .
If anyone knows anything different please let me know.

I've never seen it so wet.
No rain for atleast 2 days but there was still standing water in spots that I'd never seen water before.
You'll be riding along fine than all of sudden you've got 10' spot that were covered with 2" of water.
The green and brown were probly the least effected.
Me and the guy I rode with did take care of alot of the downed stuff so atleast you dont have to hike through the woods to get around the downed stuff.

Ugg.
What a mess.
Lots of deadfall from the stoms 2 days ago, everything is wet.
Lot of wet and muddy trails where they're normally dry.
And, the bugs have made a return.
I cut my ride short last night.
