Night riding at Loch Raven?
Don't do it. Rangers are giving out $100 citations.

The watershed lands are closed at sunset. The days of what the city sees as lawlessness and zero enforcement are over.
I have a call in to the ranger staff to clarify and will keep you posted HERE.
Whether you agree with it or not, it can't get any clearer. Don't do it.
